Lawyer Referral Agreement

The vast majority of our cases come from our colleagues at the bar. Pursuant to the Rules of Professional Conduct, our law firm will pay a very generous association fee with a referring attorney. In many cases, our firm  advances all of the litigation costs. Referring attorney input is always welcomed. In every case, a referring attorney is kept up-to-date on the status of the case. Upon the successful conclusion of the case, we will promptly pay the agreed upon association fee. We will be happy to provide you the names of other attorneys who have referred us cases.
 
Local Counsel Agreement
 
Our law firm serves as local counsel for attorneys nationwide. We can structure the agreement on an hourly or contingency fee basis.
