Military Medical Malpractice

If you are a member of the Armed Forces and your family is a victim of medical malpractice, you have the right to file a lawsuit to be compensated by the U.S. Government under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). FTCA claims are very specific and require special knowledge. For example, a claim filed under the FTCA requires that you file a Form SF95 within two years of the incident. If you do not file an SF95 you are forever barred from bringing a claim. Additionally, the amount you ask for in the SF95 is the maximum you can ever receive even if your loved one's condition deteriorates. These facts make it obvious that you need a skilled lawyer who has handled FTCA cases.

At our firm, we take a serious and aggressive approach to litigation. As a former Navy SEAL, I know that to get an advantage you must be aggressive and attack the defense. That's what we do. We also have the financial resources to hire the experts you need to prevail. Call me at (615) 734-1199 or e-mail me at: joenap@navyseallawyer.com for a free consultation.
